    I'm selling this niche site i started about a little over a year ago. Content was written by me, I was going to make it an amazon store but ended up abandoning that idea and just implemented adsense and its been doing roughly $70 to $90 on a bad month and good month (respectively)

    NOTE*(i went to add something to my listing but instead DP removed the #of visitors and the monthly revenue stats :/ but i've add two screenshots below, DP wont let me edit some parts of the listing i guess, oh well)

    This is a perfect site to add to someones adsense portfolio or for anyone who wants to try and make more money of this site(which is fairly easy by the way, you just need to spend a little time on monetizing, I hardly touch it so yes i'm sure it could do better easily). Looking to hand this over in the next few days so yes I'm not trying to spend all my time on this thread, if you like what you see go ahead and take it.

    NOTE*(i've removed adsense ads for the duration of this auction)

    had previous listings before that when listed had huge spikes in AdSense ad clicks(fraudulent clicks)

    better safe then sorry.
