I just tried to change name servers on several .info's I purchased there awhile ago but I'm only allowed to change one domain at a time ... snoooze.. and that is bad enough but get this... I'm still waiting for the name server changes I made about 6 hours ago to change from pending status... I also changed name servers for some domains at Godaddy, Domain.com & Mydomain.com at the same time and they all changed within minutes. 1&1 is way behind the times, they need to wake up and realize that they provide a pathetic service compared to other registers. This is really just not acceptable to make us wait like this. I will now be transferring my few .info domains away from that place in the next few days to a proper register where I can bulk edit my domains and have instant name server changes.
Yes, they tend to be slow in quite a few services...registration, deletion or cancellation, I think forwarding as well, if my memory serves me. Wish you well with the transfer...I just canceled about 30-40 names there. Took a while. .
