I was trying to purchase a domain from 1&1 via paypal, and it say I need to set a $200 limit under merchant services before doing this. What exactly does this mean? Will they have extended access to my paypal funds, and if I have less than $200 in my paypal account, does this become an issue? Will they start charging my credit card etc? If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate it. Also, is there a well known domain registrar that doesn't auto-renew yearly and take paypal?
