Hi Everyone, Well I have two sites up and running right now (www.wannadietsmart.com) and (www.usavisaforum.com), and wanted to share with everyone that my ad sense earnings have gone up from two weeks ago (0.09 cents/day) up to $1.09/day. Since I moved here from Canada into the US, I have started a forum on immigration visa's...wanted to get some feedback on my site content and what I can do to generate more ad sense revenue? (www.usavisaforum.com). I have been reading alot on the site, and actually attended a Conference here in Chicago hosted by AD:TECH, and found there are numerous companies offering SEO, Affliate Marketing, and ranking services for a very high cost. I also sat down with Google, who went through my Ad words content and helped me optimize my keyword search (I would be more than happy to share this information with anyone). They also discussed Ad sense very briefly, but were hush hush on talking about it...wonder why??
It's a start. The key is keeping the content coming. You might drop a little in a few weeks or it might continue to grow. Just try to not get dissapointed and keep working on the content and all will be good in the end.
Cause they like to think people aren't making sites purely for AdSense. Just like they aren't keen on people trying to make there sites rank well...They'd rather like to think things happen naturally...well thats my current view anyway. 1.09...as good as it gets? Hopefully this is just the begginning for you. Keep increasing your traffic & optimizing those ads!
No matter how much you earn if that is increasing constantly, try to make quality linkings and bold your keywords for a better SE result..
Thats a good jump. It would be good if you can keep the rate of increase up. It will require some hard work over the next few months.
Good job. A few suggestions that might help for you. Google itself has over 15 billion pages indexed, consider each of these a competitor for each of your pages. Content is king but only if it's unique. So my suggestion for your articles would be to either write your own, pay someone or go bh route and jumble. It's just not possible to rank high with the same content on other sites. As for the forum I think there's more than enough people here that will tell you that smf is crap. I don't mean that negatively against you at all, there's just very big problems with getting smf forums indexed. Suggest vbulletin.com with vbseo if your aim is to generate natural SE traffic. Nice forum. I made my first AdSense money on forum back in 2004. I think you will be better of to make your banner smaler and place a 728x90 leaderboard at the top. As of now people need only se a part of your ad. Place a 728x90 leaderboard "center " at the bottom of the page aswell. You can also edit your page and put a Skyscraper on the left side. You need traffic. Go to goclick.com and set up an ppc account and pay only 1 cent a click. And promote your site for non US citizens.
