I have been at Internet Marketing for almost a year now. I am not a millionaire but I did make a small fortune... So here is the thing: "THERE IS NO MAGIC FORMULA". Stop chasing it... All these amazing products showing how to make $5000 a day - so you think they will actually teach you to do so? NEH! Look at some big names out there, Frank Kern, Yanick Silver and many others... They do not have a secret, they are simpy amazing marketers. They are creative, they KNOW how to write great copy, they know how to study a market and how to deliver to that market. These kind of skills come with time... And there is no product that will teach you all that. Did You know that Frank Kern ONLY uses PPC? Did you know that he sells his products without affiliates? Did you know that most of his products that are scoring millions of dollars every year are not in the "Make Money" niche? Please stop wasting your money on expensive course for "advanced marketers", there is nothing advanced there. You'd be better off spending this money on outsourcing, testing with PPC and other paid targeted traffic. /thread. Alex

When I see these stupid products out there showing their fake clickbank earnings the first thing that always came to my mind was if they are making $5000 a day why the hell would they sell that information to everything for $50 a pop and maybe make $10,000-$15,000 total on the information. They are good for ideas and tips, not to make you rich.
Well, that is simple! A few marketers stumble across a "hidden" niche or a marketing technique. They milk the s*it out of it, and when the strategy/market is no longer very profitable - they sell you the "SECRET". *$50 a pop* - as you say is not where they make the money. This is just a front-end product. If you purchase it - it means you are a buyer and ready to take out your credit card. So they start offering you other great deals (especially in the "make money market") - after the front end 50$ ebook you are offered a 200$ video course, $2000 seminar, $20,000 private tutoring... They do not make $10,000-$15,000, more like $1,000,000 - $10,000,000. Very smart marketing move.
Yes that's the MAIN point - Noone would sell something for $50 if its making him $5000 a day since it would be a suicide. However, all the people that buy those type of products are generally those that will never make a dollar online (Or Newbies) thus they will not result in any real competition anyways - Keeping in mind that only a few marketers grap most of the money online, thers way too much money for everyone!
Look at guys like John Chow, he even says he makes money telling people how to make money. I've got a secret to making money too. Here it is.... Get a job at McDonalds. They pay you every time you show up and take orders. It's amazing. Instead of building sites, writing content, getting links, optimizing adsense, doing ppc, selling things. You can just show up, make sandwiches and they pay you like $7.50 an hour! Do you make $7.50 every hour you work on your sites? I would bet not. Stop building websites and get a job at McDonalds.

It lines up perfectly. What "grinds me gears" is all those products promising a secret to becoming a millionaire. See, I don't do that. I have been at Internet Marketing for about 10 months, I have not achieved more than $10,000/month - and this is what I teach now. My course teaches you how I got to that point. I cannot teach you how to make more than that - because I have never made more than that... It's rather simple if you actually think about it.
He doesn't really. His posts are more about his life, paid reviews etc. Do you ever see a guide "how to make money promoting x product"? No, you don't. Like anyone else, he doesn't want to give away his secrets.
I've never actually purchased any of these things to get into sites but I've gotten links to the back end because people would spread it around. Mainly how I see all these sites. 1. They get resell rights to like 50-100 ebook/programs. 2. They hype their new "SECRET" like hell. 3. After enough hype they start selling it. 4. They give very little with their "SECRET" which turns out not to be a secret. 5. They give access to all these resale items. 6. People get loads of crap, feel like it was worth their money. 7. There is then an up sale of some other junk where they then make a ton more as these people already have their credit cards out so they say why not. Seriously I'm a noob, and stopped being an affiliate marketer after about 2 weeks. I could sell my supposed secrets, hype my name on thousands of forums so when people search my name they think I'm some amazing person. Bam make tons of money.
