$1,000,000 a year with affiliate marketing is it possible?

I guess its possible too. However, you will find a lot of people who claim
that they made 100,000$ per month. But they never tell you how much
they spent for advertising. Maybe, if you also take this into consideration
only half of it or much lower would remain, although that would still be
very much.

I think $1,000,000 per year is fully possible, however I think you will find that in order to achieve this you will have to treat affiliate marketing as your 'business' and not just 'Affiliate Marketing' which I think is what a lot of affiliate marketers do and this is why they don't make the big bucks.

My advice; Put together a comprehensive business plan as to how you are going to do it.

What you want to do, how you will achieve it etc.

Then once you have done that write one for all the websites you are going to start. Remember that if you are aiming that high there is no point starting websites that are going to make you $10 a day through adsense. You need to build sites that are going to bring you in at least $100 + per day.

Even then you will need to make a lot of them.

 

It's all about choosing the best affiliate programs and marketing strategies.

Find what works and try scaling it up. You've got to keep working at it and treat it like a real business and not a hobby that keeps you occupied between watching tv and going to the pub.

There will be affiliate marketers that you have never heard of and there earning will blow your mind! I'm sure I heard of a guy that was doing $50m a year in IM just keeps his nose out of the BS lime light.
