I don't really know about Typo Domains, in fact I think they are worthless. If oahu.com existed as an informational website about oahu, then it would be worth something. Also, iahu or pahu would be a bigger typo then 0ahu. I don't think many people will mistake the keyboard up/down because of the thumb that stays on the keyboard, but they will mistake it left/right because there isn't much to control it by. Plus, iahu and pahu would have some type of meaning. I don't really knnow domain values. I go for keywords in domains and that's about it. Good luck to you sir and hope you get something out of it.
If that "0" was a "o" you would really have something nice there. Since it's a typo domain the amount of money that it's worth is set exclusively by the parking revenue. Take whatever it makes in a month and multiply it by 24 and then subtract the registration cost.
