    Hi,

I once found a domain name with "01" on it and it was for
sale for a big amount (nearly $300). The owner mentioned
that it is a good domane because "x" million people search
for "01" every month?? Is that right?

    Thanks,

Not shure if is right, it might be, but X million people also search "02" every month.

hmm, by that logic, "07" must make the domain really valuable, at least for a few more months ;)

    hahaha...

yeah 07 is more valuable :) I think it just the year...
in the coming months 08 would be the best!!

Any way I don't think that it is a right decision to enter
    numbers in domain names.

    Thanks,

I don't know if you mean suffix or prefix for the 01 or 07 but a good popular suffix is the 360 (check norton360.com for example)
I had more than 100 names, sold most of them, still have a good portfolio at kenom
cad360.com for example had bids at the range of $2500 so far

But why is "360" so important? Is it searched much? and why?
