Hello! I have uploaded my website to a free hosting (000webhost) and It used to works good until today, now when I open my website I see this page: How can I fix this or this is not fixable because of the FREE part? If there is any way to fix this please share! Thank you!
Ohhhh... 000webhost will force you sooner or later to upgrade your account, better go with hostgator, I know... it's paid hosting, but your website will be in good hands
if your site uses alot of plugins, or scripts that use alot of cpu resources, then you might be able to disable those specific features? Another idea is that if you have add on domains, you might want to have each addon domain under their own separate account (this way each accounts cpu usage is lower)can you let us know what type of site you are running? another option is you can move your site to another free host... but this is a short term fix only. Realistically, it would seem that your site has outgrown the limits of that host, and you might have to upgrade to their paid hosting. If you wish to find free hosts, there is a forum called freewebhostingtalk (dot) com that focuses on free hosts, and or you can sometimes find premium paid hosts that are generous enough to give free hosting for xx months until your site has had time to grow and prosper.
Doesn't matter what 'free' host you use, if your site uses a lot of resources you'll end up always being asked to upgrade. The free sites are mainly for plain non-cpu/memory intensive sites.
You get what you pay for... did you really think you'd be able to create a proper site on that hosting "plan"? it's time to decide what your time and energy are worth and get hosting to match.
I normally put static pages with minimal content for testing on "free" hosting. Nothing is free in life. You get what you pay for. If you pay nothing, expect no customer services, 000webhost is actually one of the better ones who are here to stay for a long time. But I guess if you are using too much resources, they will have no choice but to advice you to get a paid hosting, they do need to foot their bills too.
