00:00:00 Time on Site from DP Ads Traffic?

    Hi Support People,

    We just started advertising here on Digital Point, but it seems to be a slow start. Only 13 clicks thus far, but all traffic shows the following metrics in Google Analytics:

    Pages/Visit: 1.00
    Avg. Time on Site: 00:00:00

    Have there been problems with click bots or click fraud on this forum? I'm assuming the traffic could not possibly be that bad that someone can hit the back button less than 1 second after the page loads.

    Any tips as to why this may have happened is appreciated.

    Do you have access to your actual web logs (not just Google Analytics)?

    Also, if it was some sort of clickbot, I would think they wouldn't show at ALL in Google Analytics (since they would need to be downloading and executing JavaScript for anything to log in GA).

    Thanks for the quick response. I'll get our Tech to check the logs. Good point about the clickbot possibility. If this isn't a common case then maybe we will just try another quick spend and see what happens.

    You should be able to see the exact IP and user agent of the user for all clicks under your Advertiser interface so you can compare to your logs.
