I'm selling vagrantventers.com, an Australian forum started by my friend. The forum is a general chat/vent forum about various topics. It doesn't have very many users, however they are very loyal.

Traffic
Last year the forum would get around 550-600 uniques per month. Over the course of the year it dropped to 200 during the summer with some months less than 100. Traffic is 90-95% organic.

There are 67 members, but 1162 topics and 5,764 posts which is astronomical for this many users. Note, these are not spam posts, but real topics posted by real users. Occasionally, spammers do try to post, but admins delete these posts; this happens because the forum version is outdated.

Why am I selling?
I'm moving my sites to my dedicated server and do not wish to keep this site. I'm simply selling it if somebody wishes to have a nice project to work with. I don't have time to SEO it, create revenue, or anything else. Since this is a general forum, it can be turned into a more niche-related forum, or can simply be grown more. There is lots of potential here.

I've never created BIN's before so I didn't know that I could set it to 0.00. Too bad I can't change it back. Lesson learned.
