0 PR and Links but ranks very well, huh?

    We have a site that had a PR 4, but a recent site rebuild and Google update dropped its PR to 0. At the sametime the link command nolonger shows any links (I know this is not the way to do it :)), when it did show use to 90 odd.

    But the funny thing is it still ranks well for some, if not all of our targeted keywords. Don't get me wrong I am not complaining, it just sounds as if Google has an issue.

    Do you think this is just a temporary thing? Has anyone else experienced this?

    PR doesnt matter in SERPs, google may not be showing any links right now (even if they did before) because of their updates and what not, but if your site ranks high for a competitive keyword, this means you do have lots of links coming to you. Google may or may not show it...

    ewan > Yes the filenames had changed, and I was expecting the site to drop to a PR 0.

    AnaB > Its just strange that they're not showing them. But who cares we rank!
