When I calculate weight manually, I get a weight of only 14. Should it not be a bit more ? How much should it be ?

I have a similar site and that gives me a few hundred.

It might have PR now from last update but I don't know for sure.

But it should be what it is. That's the weight algo. Get your PR up. Get referrals.

I read it in one of the threads that a new site with 80 pages and showing 5 ads has weight over 500. Algo must be the same for everyone. What are the factors ? PR, number of indexed pages in google and number of ads shown on each page. Are there any other factors ?

    Referrals are the 4th.

What you see in Google is not necessarily what the API has for your site.

I checked multiple datacenters of google. All of them have at least 63 pages indexed. I used the site: query. What is the way to find out what google API is showing ?

Have a look in the Keyword Tracker and see what it reports (with yout API key). That's the closest.

But the weight algo is not public domain so it's still a guess what's going on. You'll have to trust Shawn (and Google, which is a bit harder to do).
