0 clicks but $.02 earned why is that

I know there may be a thread on this already, I havent bothered to search, but can somebody explain how no clicks can earn $ with adsense. thanks

 

some ads pay for impressions so when that ad gets the amount of impressions on ur site they pay you something small like that

I am pretty sure G has some CPM stuff and that is what the 2 cents is for.

 

It happens to me every few days. I suddenly start getting three or four cents randomly. Makes up for the days my blogs get no clicks.

 

Now I understand why I earned mere 7 cents without a click.

 

Don't worry, there will be days when you get hundreds of clicks and make the same 2 cents. (Maybe not that bad)

 

I think it all depends on the subject of your site. The keywords you use will determine how much you get paid for clicks and impressions.

 

lol Yeah! I've had those days in the past!

Fortunately not so much nowadays though.

 

adsense is paying for your impressions and click . i think you have earned that money from your impressions

Just be patient. Provide quality content. Use DP forums and blogs to bring traffic to your site.
