Yes... They pay a little for impressions if it meets there system settings

 

happens to me all the time with my image hosting site. Some days I will get about 3K impressions and not one click but I will earn anywhere from $0.01-0.06. I just kept my mouth shut about it so they dont take it back, Any money is better than no money.

 

Some ads will generate revenue per impression. I get .10-.50 a day without clicks. I can see it through my channels. This is normal, but nothing to get excited about...we need the clicks.
