some weeks later i checked my BL at iwebtools and it showed around like 1500+

been checking again at iwebtool recently since two days..it shows me just 0 BL..lol whats the reason??

and guess what any site i enter it shows the same thing, does that mean that theres a bug in iwebtools back link checker??

Yes, that tool has been messing up for a while. It is best to check backlinks on Google webmaster tools or you can try here: http://www.backlinkwatch.com/

If you have firefox, it works fine but for some reason the error is showing up in IE. Here is a new one that just gives you the number of BL, I just found this in the freebie section.

none of these tools get the backlinks from google !
They all use yahoo API as yahoo is a lot faster in showing up the backlinks.
The only way to see the backlinks effective for google is to check in your google webmaster account.

iWebTool told me I had PR0 with zero backlinks, I got so scared! Good to know I wasn't the only one. Also thanks for the Backlinkwatch link, I've never heard about that site before.
