Man, I am such a newb, I only know about links. how can someone make money through proxeys? Anyone who answers, I'll give you a couple free back links Thanks guys. AND...what use is the traffic if its not targeted? to increase PR or the chance...they MAY buy. N E W B Thanks in advance...and if you answer me, if youd like, give me your URL, I'll give you a few free links, or I'll owe you a favor or something.
Theres a god damn thread with 60 PAGES of information, and you make a post asking how to do it? Do you expect to be spoon fed? Its one thing to make a post asking about how something is done, but to actually make a GOD DAMN POST IN THE THREAD WHERE ALL THE INFORMATION IS RIDICULOUS.
Hey, even I'm thinking of making a network of proxy sites (abt 10). Can anyone suggest me a good host? Also, I'm tight on budget ($100>) so will it be enough to sort out? And when will I be making up for my investment. Took two hours to read the whole thread and I just landed up being more confused. Thnx for help
Now there is a reasonable request. Now if you want to make your investment back fast you can do it two ways. 1) Setup 10 proxies, interlink them, and than pay abotu $20 to get it advertised on proxy mailing lists. You will get about 10k visitors in the first 3 days and earn some nice dosh. 2) You sell these proxies on the sites sections citing 'my host is about to kick me off'. But if you want to continue to make money with your proxies you will have to link build and seo so that they get ranked for terms like myspace unblocker. Face book proxy etc etc. If you do step 2 of what I suggested its not cool. For hosting talk to thewird, I believe he has started shared hosting as well that is very reasonable and his hosts are OPTIMISED specifically for proxies. He manages over 80 dedcaited servers I think so he knows what hes doing.
From Good Waiter How do you get url encoded? (If you are using Glype or Phproxy?) I searched this thread but can't find an answer. Please help, thanks in advance.
Check the configuration page. It's the setting that makes your urls look like HII%hiHII%hiH%HIhioH$hi5p% instead of site.com.
