Proxies don't break the adsense policy, as long as you keep it on the home page and follow guidelines.

FYI....all PPC companies use special Tools to find proxy clicks...they'll monitor each and every publishers... If they come to know about the artificial hits, they'll immediately ban the acc.

 

Many publishers become targeted, but this is rare now. Happend alot in the past.
