Okay, first of all.. A proxy is definately not a guaranteed Money Maker as the OP makes it sound. Just like any other site, you have to properly market it to get the incoming visits/pageviews.
I run two proxy sites http://www.blastproxy.com and http://www.proxystorm.com. They are by far my lowest earning sites. The bandwidth used is give or take 2,000 GB per month for each site. After taking into consideration bandwidth and server costs, my net income is about $20. I do better with my Adsense on my blog.
Not to discourage you, but there are some other downsides to proxys:

• Many proxy sites have had their adsense accounts terminated for violation of TOS.
• Most of the proxy traffic comes from China and the Middle East. This is considered by Google and most other advertisers as JUNK traffic. Even if you manage HIGH click through rates, your CPC (payout) will be very low or nothing. One week, over 75% of my clicks were from China, and even with 500 adsense clicks, I only made about $3.75
• Everybody and their grandmother are starting proxy sites because they think its easy money. Have a look at proxy.org or proxyring.com, there are literally thousands of other people with the same idea. I would say that 98% of the proxies don't make enough money to pay their server costs, which is why you see such a high turnover rate.
• Many hosting providers disallow proxies due to the massive bandwidth and CPU requirements of even a mildly successful proxy.

If after all this, you are still interested in starting a proxy, I suggest either using a modified PHProxy script or using the CGI proxy script. There are many problems with the original PHProxy that will cause you to lose users quickly.

Since a secret proxy business become golden rush and i think soon it will be reason to change in Adsense and other Advertising media's privacy and policy.

DOnt know this is real or not but i have not seen any kind of advertisement on any proxified website where u can browse other website

So what is better option to advertise and get good revenue from proxy website.

Adsense is allowed on proxies, just not in the frame. THEY KILL BANDWIDTH! Because say a person downloads something using your proxy, that comes from your server, not the page they are downloading from. Proxies pretty much insert another site onto your server and depleat huge amounts of resources, as an effect, many hosts disallow them.

They won't get suspended, and they earn way more than $20. They don't need marketing, just a few submissions to some sites.

It's mostly porn downloads, and image hotlinking. With CGI proxy, you can force popups, and they won't mind at all. They can download porn without the company knowing who they are. You get paid, and every one is happy.

You will get a lot of traffic from them, and it may cause your servers load to increase.

 

Some problems with unmodified PHPRoxy (most of these problems also apply to CGIProxy):

• HotLinking - people using your proxy to link to large images or avi files without even going through your frontpage and seeing your ads.
• Bandwidth Hogging - Both Phproxy and cgi proxy are huge bandwidth hogs. Most people using your proxy will probably be from China or Iran using it to download porn, warez, or large avi files. Both proxies do not use GZIP compression.
• CPU Usage - When you get alot of users, your CPU usage will shoot through the roof. Most people recommend a dual core dedicate server for a popular proxy server. CGI Proxy suffers from this a bit more than PHProxy.
• User disable URL Bar - In PHPRoxy, the user can disable the URL bar, thus disabling any ads you may have on the proxified pages.
• URL Bar Unstable - In PHPRoxy, the URL bar does not always work properly, thus many sites will not show a URL bar, even if enabled.. You will lose out on any ad profits from such sites.
• Popular Sites Unusable - Try browsing to MySpace, Slashdot, Gmail or Hotmail through PHProxy. It wont work, and you definately cannot log into MySpace thorough PHPRoxy. Once people find out they cant get to MySpace from your proxy, they'll stop using it.
• Market is Saturated - As stated in my previous post, check out proxy.org or proxyring.com and you'll count over 5,000+ other people that have the same idea. Only the top 10-20 proxies probably make good money.
• Drop in Advertising Rates - Last but not least is the recent drop in Adversal rates for proxies. They basically pay only 50% (or less) of what they used to.

There exist fixes for most of these problems; however, either you have to be willing to spend money or have the knowhow to fix the problems yourself.

 

Proxies will always be a victim to hot linking. There's not much you can do.

They will obviously use a lot of bandwidth. You can just buy it in bulk cheaply.

Most big proxies who earn $200-1000+ a month are on dedicated servers. Most on load balanced networks.

CGIProxy I have found works with Myspace etc, and can force the entry form each page.

With Adversal I take $0.83 CPM.

There is no content. It violates Adsense TOS in my opinion... I would suggest adding content or making the homepage content and then placing a link to the proxy form.
