Ofcourse adsense works out the best for the homepage, according to me, they pay the highest.
I am still waiting to find out how YPN will do on proxy sites..

YPN doesn't allow their ads anywhere on proxies.

On a side note....has anyone else noticed EXTREMELY low PPC lately in adsense? I think I got smartpriced...getting around 3 or 4 cents per click. (sohan I believe you saw my thread on proxy.org)

If you haven't been smartpriced, maybe you should try updating keywords, keyword density, etc, to try to get some higher paying ads (myspace and proxy ads are notoriously low-paying.)

In the past I've just tried to keep them relevant, as they usually stuck around 7 cents and obviously relevancy means no smartpricing. Right now, though, I don't know...I need to find a way to keep them relevant but also high paying.

What is relevant? I also targeted mine for proxies because I figured it would get the highest CTR

Anything that appeals to your demographic, I guess. Proxies, myspace, music, viral sites, image hosting, other media, facebook, etc...

Yeh, i'm getting 2 cents per click right now. Use to be 10cents before that.
    I don't know why it's that low.

An ideal alternative would be YPN, although it has got its own issues.

Let me know if you find any other. :)

Maybe, its because advertisers are not bidding much for proxy keywords.

Proxies have become more of a hype these days. Everybody's come up with their own.

I remember the old days when google used to give me good bucks for nice clicks on my proxies.... Due to them being so common now, I believe advertisers have lost interest and eventually the payouts have gone down drastically.
