I have about 1000 daily AdSense pageviewes and only 1 click yesterday.
Can anyone suggest good homepage design with high CTR?

Use larger formats of ads, the verticle ones (squares etc) are good. Use random colors, and format the ads so its logical. IE, think about the way people would read your pages.

Btw, if every one who wants help could please post here. It will help me view everything easier, instead of going threw many pages. Start a new thread, or post in the post thats already there.

As I mentioned Layeredtech has a yearly "12 days of Christmas" sale. A new deal each day and available for 1 day only. They have some other package deals as well. You can see their deals in this thread:

    http://layer0.layeredtech.com/showthread.php?t=4847

Todays deal is free double ram on any new server package you order.

I'd still reccomend Softlayer. Better processors, support, and quality overall. Also managed support for $3 per incident!

I generally don't do much apart from goodwaiter listings, and proxy.org. If people link back, they link back IMO.

When people go it a page which doesn't have the URL form, they have to go to the homepage to get to the new page.

Keep the domains etc, start fresh. Don't try and speed ahead of us with advanced stuff, without the knowledge.

I downloaded Phproxy 0.4 and uploaded it. But seems it doesn't work. What can I do? Or the shared hosting server doesn't support Phproxy, so I have to use a dedicated server?

Usually it isn't allowed, so check with the host before going through the trouble of installing and troubleshooting a proxy script.

I had it on my shared, but after I got 400 visitors a day the CPU usage was 40%, and the limit was 4.5% so yeah it had to be taken down :(

Learn from my mistake - don't put it on shared!

When I usually visit proxies I do not see the ads that ponder over them I usually see the content only and not any other thing

I would often visit my own web directory to see whether the ad placements are correct and templates are right

and to till date to my knowledge I have never clicked a ad on a proxy website

but pop advertising generally do better with proxies
