yes, anybody can be in, as long as anyone don't create forum about child porn, illegal drug, murder or any other illegal activity.

Once you register than you have to organize like create forum categories related to your forum and make post. tell other friends or in other forums about your forum to get members. once you posts and members as require you will get money in your paypal account.

we just started this site so we don't have any proof but you can finish whatever requirement at above in all the post we have talk with many members than you can be our first proof.

we wants 10 active forums for first ten forum who finish their requirement they will get paid, but if we see that there are 1 or 2 other member are working hard but they cann't be in first 10 than we will not let that fail, we will pay them too.

Not sure why, but we have activated your account.

1) 50 plus 50 members (real not anyonce own created) we will pay you right away after this as $0.20 per post. (if you have 75 post but 49 member you will not get paid until you will get 50 post and 50 members)

2) from post 51 to 3000 we will pay $0.10 per post. (members amount not require, but you can increase more member to finish your 3000 post faster)

3) all post require minimum 25 words and valuable talk not just spam or junk post.

what do you define as valuable talk.... honestly this sounds like a scam if it is you who decides what valuable talk is.
minimum of 25 words now you know that will never happen with all of the members posting but i take it you mean for the 50 posts they have to be of 25 words long at least.
well what points am i paid at?
