$0.17 average on CPC on google adwords. is it resonable? I need to improve!

    I love google adwords and I really want to reduce the money
    I spend on adwords. My question is that is it possible for me
    to get a $0.1 or less average on CPC?

    Please anyone with tips to help me out.
