I face this situation all the time. In some cases a click is 1+$ worth and some other times it's 0.03$. I know you always want to get the 3+$ clicks, but it's up to google to decide where these ads should be published. BTW, you shouldn't judge your income within a week or 2. Things do change very slowly. So I suggest you take your average of income and judge on that, not a 1 click worth.
Those numbers are normal, specifically for a site as young as yours. Just keep it up, and they will improve over time.

this happens with me too, one week I'll be doing good, the next week i wont get anything. It's just the way it is
I was doing good for a few days but the past two days I've been getting .08-.2x. It kind of sucks because leading up to these days I was getting at least .50 a click. Also my CTR has dropped off the map(went from 10% to 1.67%). Im not sure quite why yet. Time to change it up a little I guess.
