$0.00150 per pageview, too low?

    I am showing pop-unders for 1 of my website and the network I signed up gives $0.00150 per pop under and $0.01 per click. thats too low and I am looking for one pop under network that gives at least $0.005 per view. or is the rate I had reasonable? the pop under have 0% CTR so I am guessing the ads are not relevant to my niche. which led me to find another alternative.
