$0.00 eBay sale?

Just checked my CJ account and it said I made 1 sale yesterday on the 2nd. My commission was $0.00, but I checked the auction number and it was a $30.00 item. What could cause this?

Maybe they're validating the transaction. On a $30 item, the listing fee is probably like $0.30 and your cut should be < $0.15.

I'm experiencing this same thing except I sold 4 items.

    1 @ $.01
    1 @ $430
    1 @ $330
    1 @ $60

Any idea why commission would show 0 for all the items except the $330 item shows commission of $.97 cents?

Mcmuney, it isn't based on listing fees. The commission is based on the final vaule fee, so it should be around $1.00.

I am wondering if this has to do with the Fee change on eBay. When did that take place? Also I am a powerseller on eBay and I got an email saying if "star ratings" where all above a 4.8 I would get a 15% discount on final value fees, and 4.6 and above I would get a 5% discount. So now I am wondering if we have to wait to the end of the month to find out what we made.

Yes, forgot about the final value. I've had many times where a day would report 0, but 1 or 2 days later, it will show commission.

This is the first time I've seen this in a year and a half. The last sale that reported was also on the 27th, this one on the 2nd is the first one since then.

Does anyone else have any input about this? Makes no sense to me why I've almost sold $1,000 worth of products and earned $0.47 in commission.

I'm seeing other people having big sales and next to nothing in commissions for them.

A small subset of our publisher base is being affected by a reporting issue, which results in a delay in the calculation of the final value fee of a number of Winning Bids/BINs. As a result, you may notice reduced revenue commission amounts for successful transactions on certain days. We are working diligently to correct the issue, and will communicate the expected timeline for the fix as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in the meantime.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While reporting may be distorted during this time, please rest assured that tracking and recording of transactions remain fully functional, and publishers will be compensated correctly for all commissions at month end. This reporting issue DOES NOT affect ACRU commissions or counts.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the program.

    Sincerely,

    The ebay.com Affiliate Team

Ok, I just got a commisson for today which is still messed up but in my favor. I got about $16.00 for an item that sold for $163.00. This money posted in the middle of the day which is strange, and the item ended today. Anyone else getting this?
