Hi guys, do you think that when Google Analytics present visit of 0.00 AVG time on site it actually mean that the visitor bounced instantly? how do they calculate it exactly?
I was reading that when ever they present 0 time on site it actually not accurate but...
    any one know?

It is the percentage of single-page visits or visits in which the person left your site from the entrance (landing) page. I think this is the formula for finding it.

i agree with these, the AVG time 0.00 it can means that the person is not looking for that information or they just typing at random when goggling so they bounce instantly, as for solution to get the correct AVG time...IMHO there were none, i think if you have an original or unique content that person will stay longer or will not bounce instantly..please correct me if i am wrong

No. They bounced, but it could have been after 10 minutes of reading the entry page. Each time a page loads the js is fired and the timestamp is recorded. If a visitor goes from page A to page B, then time spent on page A = timestamp from page B - timestamp from page A.

If, however, the visitor bounces, there is no page B timestamp and Google Analytics sets the time spent on page A to 0 because it can't calculate it.

P.S. Don't look at site level metrics as they hide what's actually going on at page level.

Time on site is calculated as the time spent between the first pageview of a visit and the last pageview of a visit. If your visitors are only visiting one page on your site, then there is no second pageview for that visit for GA to calculate an average time on site. In those cases, GA assigns a time on site of 0 seconds because there is no way to calculate how long a visitor spent on that page.

If you have only one page of your site tagged, or your site consists of only one page, it is likely that most of your visits will only have one pageview during their visit and have an avg. time on site of 0 seconds.

Also, the time on site is calculated by subtracting the time stamp of the final page view from the time stamp of the first page view. Therefore if a visitor only views one page, the time on site is 00:00:00

I am agree with Guisbar that time is calculated on the basis of First and second or last page view. If visitors land on first page and simply leave without going to second then it is termed as 100% bounce rate.

you should also check your analytics code! it has recently been changed and moved to the header, if your site loads slowly the script will not load and give you an inaccurate reading.

i assume you use the site yourself to look at so everyone bouncing wouldn't make sense.
