    what to do with that google adwords guys? i don't have any idea what it is and how to start working on it. Does it helps a certain site to improve the ranking?

    Get yourself a free voucher. Create 4-5 campaigns. Monitor the performance and identify the most succesful ad. Maybe then put some of your own money into the best one.
