    You may keep it and add adsense which generates up to $40 per click for the term mortgage!

    The value is also in the domain name. All other extensions are taking!

    May I ask why you wouldn't just put Adsense on it, and receive the $40 per click and most likely make triple your amount in a month.

    If the site does not sell here, I will go ahead and redo the site and insert adsense into the listing. I dont want to do now because if to many of the same people click on the ads it could ban my adsense account. I am just looking to get some money back from what I spent on Christmas!! So my loss is someone's gain! thanks
