We are sorry to report that there has been a major outage on our intake server of which you are on, unfortunately our own site is also on this server, the backup server is ok, and the problem is not HDD as the Raid 1 would have handled that.

We have requested a full refund from our datacenter with regard to the downtime of our server and we will gladly give 2 months free hosting to those that stay with us.

we dont believe in ace4space.com anymore. we have 20 websites with

him. the server has been down since 27.03.2009 and it still is.
we sent him a message to his hotmail about the situation.
We have waited more than 3 weeks We have our own customers and our

company depends on those customers.and we lost some of them .
We call him but nobody picks the phone. we send him emails( his

hotmail) but get replies. His msn is always offline. We made him a

payment thruogh paypal just before the server went down.
Now the server has been down for more then 3 weeks now.and they

claim to provide 24/7 customer service and 99% uptime after all this

how can we still work with them? we dont believe them anymore.
we and our all custermes lost DB and sites ..
