If you only targeted canada country. You can use local newspaper to promote your website by buying ads at your local newspaper or you can spread the word by mouth and it the most effective way
Local ways Make business cards and give them to everyone you meet. Staple the cards at grocery stores, outlet malls and laundry mats. Buy a magnet for your car with the site address on it Buy small ad space in local paper or publication Door Hangers Put a card in 100 helium filled balloons and let them go.
