No issue with 20GB space as long as your account will host site-related files.
Any streaming, file hosting (i.e., mp3, avi, etc.) are not allowed though.

Way I see it it seems like to much stuff is restricted. Mainly anything that would cause high bandwidth, memory usage and other such things. Read through TOS and also email them to get info. Not sure if I find worthy of my business. Still considering.

I have just read your complete TOS and the only mention i can see is this "customers may not host any files larger than 50MB in size that are observed to be available for the sole purpose of download.", surely that means as long as the files are not larger than 50mb each then it is allowed?
