I`m interested with Ur offer. But since I`m inexperience with VPS, I need to know the detail first. Here are the list of question I need to know : 1. Do U manage the VPS ? Cause I don`t understand how to manage VPS since I`m not a programmer. So I can only buy Ur package if U help me manage it. 2. If U can help me manage it, do U charge me additional fee ? If yes, how much ? 3. What support do U provide for me ? Cause I need all kind of these support : Telp, Email, Chat if I got problem with my websites. 4. How many client do U allow for 1 VPS ? Is it exceed 50 clients ? Cause if U have 2 x 1 TB hardisk = 2 TB, and U have to spare at least 500 GB for Ur system, that means U only have 1.5 TB space for clients. And if I take the 1st package as the example, I will got 30 GB size from 1.5 TB. If 1.5 TB divided to 30 GB, it will be max 50 clients / VPS. That`s why I ask U this detail to ensure the speed of my websites. 5. I don`t too understand about VPS. But if I want to run websites such as Image Hosting, File Hosting, Video Hosting, Social Networking, Warez, that need a lot of size and bandwidth, is it allowed ? 6. If someday, my websites needs larger capacities and I choose to upgrade Ur next package, will I got downtime for my sites ? 7. Can I add unlimited domain if I take Ur packages ? And I can have different username and password for every domain just like if I use my reseller account before ? Cause I got team and I want to divide the team work and give them specific jobs for every domain that I got. That`s why I need cpanel for every domain. 8. If I don`t install cpanel, what control panel that I got to manage my domain ? Cause Ur control panel addon is expensive compare to Ur VPS ( from my view since I`m a newbie in this field ).
