    dude first what is the speed of the host
    * do u accept me i wanna open a private site rs2rs so about 20-30 Gb per day only for me the service will not be public

    Bandwidth or space is no problem for us but first, although we are not really familiar with this script, from googling we found rs2rs is a remote downloader-uploader kind of script.

    This kind of script usually consume lots of ram and cpu and therefore not really suitable for shared hosting environment. :) You should try VPS or Dedicated Server for this.

    rs2rs is a lightweight script.

    What it does is stores the file from rapidshare in cache memory(not making it physically available by an URL)
    It doesnt increase server load if it isnt used by many people at a time.

    I also need RS2RS host.
    Copyrighted material may be remote uploaded from there, but since its not available at hdd, it shouldnt be a problem, i think.
