Had my review copy. Minor problem was it switched from direct to indirect making it sound like thier making a budget plan for me instead of me giving them advice, was only one line so a quick 3 word change to directional made it work. A second error " A college education is not a cheap thing to have ands many parents are quite flabbergasted" ands . . . . also "S9nce often times money is too short," needed to be since and the setence didnt make much sence. Maybe its how people in england write but: "they have to do some extra jobs just to make the ends meet" we say make ends meet, Furthermore, "When want to keep your budget tight, you need to buy stuffs that are essential and that you need much as of this moment." should be When you want to make your budget tight, you need to buy stuff that is essential. And end it there. ermm well im picky so here you take a read:

Being in a college away from home is one obstacle you have to challenge to achieve all your dreams and goals. It is expensive since you pay all for what you eat, wear and ride in. Therefore it is helpful if they can somehow develop a budget plan to help them manage their finances. Being frugal and wise when it comes to money matters will make you enjoy your college days.

Food costs are the biggest expense a student may have while studying away from home. Food is a need thus students tend to spend much on this. A college education is not a cheap thing to have ands many parents are quite flabbergasted on how expensive it is to allow their children to go on a dorm or live alone. S9nce often times money is too short, they have to do some extra jobs just to make the ends meet. It is not easy but you will soon realize the importance of being independent right after college.
When want to keep your budget tight, you need to buy stuffs that are essential and that you need much as of this moment. Try get- together with friends with a theme that can help you save money.
Lastly, try getting a student loan for a more convenient way to study in college. You still have to save money so that when the needs arise like you have problems with your computer or car it is easy for you to find remedy.

Not impressed but the good things people have wrote probly counter this. As a review copy i should give my true thoughts and personaly (even tho it was free, it was still a review copy to pass on my experiance) the work was bad considering all the "checks" it goes past and the 3 days it took to make, but maybe i just got the one bad review.

p.s i know im not good at english myself but... switching directional and nondirectional so quickly and then transfering from student to parent for a article on student budgeting,along with the fact of all the misspelling when there ALL these checks..... maybe i should have been more specific.e.g full letter words, words that make sence, make it directional not both, use common words not uncommon, have the text make sence.
