    This is the code for the banner.
    I want to make the whole banner a link, including the text in it.
    How do i make it?

    the whole banner has a link, doesnt it? The site looks good, but i wudnt use that blue text at the banner, try white or grey text.

    I didn't look at the site. I would wrap the <a> around the banner and not the div called "banner" BUT that can only be when the banner is also inline like a gif or something. If it's Flash, you need to put the button (the Actionscript button) inside Flash instead.
