This is a couple of months old but has only just made it onto my radar. A professor in Iowa was a dead cert for a significant posting when he declared that "Cows Eat Grass". Would be funny if it wasn't insane. Down here in NZ we tend to keep cows in paddocks with grass and save the corn for the humans - perhaps thats why the humans are fatty and the cows aren't.
