I haven't had any reports of backlink increases by customers as of yet. This is mainly a way of potentially boosting traffic. Many have reported traffic from them. Traffic is the main thing this service will provide. If you need assistance on optimizing a submission, I will be glad to help you. I cannot guarantee or even comment on how much traffic you will receive as it varies wildly from submission to submission.
