тАЩ, тАФ, and ┬а Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

    I keep seeing letters and things like тАЩ, тАФ, and ┬а while playing with PHP/MySQL/XML....

    Can some body tell me what's up with this and how can I fix it, what I noticed is this тАЩ stands for ' is there a PHP function or something that turns everything back to normal :confused:

    Please Help :(

    I haven't declared anything just printing some stuff with PHP, what should I do there? :eek:

    Is there a wat to change charset.
