    pяoxy.com or XN--POXY-L8D.com is available according to them

    You didnt use Cyrillic alphabet for all of the domain, did you?
    (I aready made that mistake, is says its avalible but you carnt get it and they refund you. try it)

    You can not even reg a domain that does not soley use: Latin, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic.

    I used only the russian я and the rest normal words.

    I know, you did. Read This, it explains why you can not register a domain like you used in your example regaurdles of what goddady says.

    My first attempt registering a IDN:
