I think $62k is a good proposal for such Russian name.

 

No one ever said 62m, please learn to read or please refrain from commenting at all. 6,200,000 = 6.2m NOT 62m. Gosh you're horrible.

And for a two letter, Russian geared domain, it's surely worth a lot more than 62k, it's only silly to try to bid so low. If it were me, I wouldn't take any such bidder seriously and would just tell them off.
