İ cant open a new topic

Hi;
i want to open a new topic but i cant...
it says :

how can i open a new topic ?

You cant in the buy/sell/trade forums yet or the review forum....

You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges).

 

maybe when people first sign up, they should be made to agree to the FAQ before the membership can be finalized. this way threads like this won't get started.

 

Yes it will. Just because they agree to it, doesn't mean they read it.

 

thats right, it doesn't mean they read it, but by saying they did, and they make a dumb ass thread like this one, and many others, they can get spanked harder.
