Mi question is simple, but first let me solve some possible questions, i have file hosting accounts with money, fileserve.com: 20$, uploadstation.com: 22$, uploaded.to: 32€, i'm 16 years old, i dont have credit/debit card, and i will only use this small amount of money to buy virtual things, such as world of warcraft account, steam account to download the games that i buy, and buy hosting service for my website, wich leads to my question, can i buy this kind of VIRTUAL things without a credit card verification on my paypal account?.My name is Angel, and im from LatinAmerica, i hope you can give an answer about this doubt.Cya.
if u are in usa u wud need to verify ur account to send money... verify with bank account...and credit card to raise limit... u can try buying vcc and vba if u want though..
... i just said that i dont have credit card, im only 16 and that's why im asking if i can buy virtual goods with my UNVERIFIED account.
