Sure, you can pay through Paypal.
Umm..You'll get arround 100UV (prox) on the first week but it will increase and will get 500UV+ after that..!!

What amount of UV expected for Plan 1?

 

Umm..under 100UV or so for the very first week. But, it will surely increase on every week. As the site is new, it'll take few weeks to get better amount of traffic. But on the other hand, to submit over 125+ topsites, link n banner on topsite and because for some other ways, Plan2,Plan3 sites will get a boost than Plan1 - thats for sure!
