    I am not yet going to release the URL until I have a serious offer/buyer as this is a competitive market and I do not want it on the 'grapevine' that I am selling.

    The site is 99% UK focussed, and so all the traffic is from the UK

    The site landing page is classified as adult by google, but is definately not pornographic, it is an adult married dating site (group of sites).

    The site is PR2, is backended by a major white label dating provider, the work required to run this site is only on the marketing side, all of the updating/customers/payments etc are provided by the provider, you can set up your PPC campaigns (which I will provide in the sale along with other operational information) and just let it run, quite easy.

    The site is indexed in Google : 12 pages, Yahoo 50 pages, Bing 2 pages, Yahoo backlings 78, yahoo backlinks 316, Alexa UK ranked 115,742

    I am looking for a reasonable multiple of the LAST months profit , I will not consider offers less than £40,000.
