Selling £3300 Revenue/£1750 Net Profit Aff site for (reluctant) sale

I am setting up a new venture and am trying to get as much money for my current assets as possible. This means that I am reluctantly putting up for sale one of my prized affiliate possessions.

Income:
£3050 from Commission Junction (£44,000 revenue for my merchant)
£250 from eBay Partner Network

Expenses:
£1550 AdWords
(not sure on hosting but I'm sure you can work it out based on your own costs)

Net Profit:
£1750

This site runs itself now. It currently gets approximately 150 unique organic visitors p/day and this will increase by at least 50% in the spring/summer months.

Spring/Summer are the best months and in 2011, the site will have even better organic rankings than in 2010 and I would anticipate even higher revenue in 2011.

It currently has strong uk (and now .com) organic rankings for 'retro scooters', '125cc scooters', '50cc scooters' and a host of individual model longtails.

I have recently embarked on a campaign to target '125cc motorcycles' and you should see the results of this campaign within the next 4 weeks.

I can of course provide proof of traffic/earnings/costs to anyone interested via PM. I am looking for reasonable, fair offers for the site.
