Even for UK peeps it's prob worth going for Dollars if you do arbi or anything aiming for very cheap clicks (accounts in Dollars get 1 cent clicks, in Pounds it only goes down to 1p - approx 2c) I've got links for free YSM credit too, but can't post them as they are aff links.
No sorry, just apply for the vouchers from Google - it's FREE! Buying and selling them is not only unethical it's also stupid - I'm sure Google keep track in some way of who applies for them and who uses them, even going through the hassle of private proxies it's not worth risking being banned for.
Google know everything... sell an Adwords voucher one week, your sites get hit in the SERPS the next..... (or is that just paranoia! lol)

Oh it is much time... I will wait we will see if this works, I had also a site from google where you could get free $200 vouchers, but it hasnt worked.

It only took a few days for me (a couple of months ago), surprised it's taking longer - it definitely works though.
