£2000 Pound a month to spend on advertising..

£2000 Pound a month to spend on advertising a computer bassed product (software) what would you spend it on?

- Adwords,To get some traffic.

- Text links on high PR sites with anchor text as your keywords. This should help your google rankings

- Pay some writers to write some articles for you about the advantages of your product. But dont write it in such a way that its an obvious advertisement, just have a link at the bottom "John Doe is a ...... and currently runs ....."
For example, if your software was client management software, write an article about improving your business by keep in contact with your clients to keep your business name in the front of their mind. Submit these articles to article directories.

- Get a Press Release written about your software and how it will change the way people do business and submit it to places like PRWeb and manually send it to related paper magazines.

BryceW, has given some good tips there I cant think of any more I would say.

If i hade that amount to spend a month on advertising then I would be over the moon. I would do a PR once a week and try and get an article out every 2 days I really think you could get a website high with that amount of cash

 

you could use adsense or adbrite for clicks and get high pr sites for seo.
