Each server has a limited amount of VPSes, and all orders are manually checked. I`m approving yours and setting it up.
We don`t have a fixed limit of VPSes on the server, but a fixed load. We don`t allow it to go over a x% load. This is because on a server we may have lots of forums, that would reduce the number of VPSes, or on a server we may have alot of static websites, which would increase the number. Payment can be done by credit card, or paypal and if none of these work, moneybookers.
