Why no Live Chat support from Google Adsense Team?

Google offers Live Chat support for Google AdWords.

I have an exhausted AdWords account. While exploring the tons of options, there are support facilities to get Live Chat support here and there.

    Why not for Adsense?

Is Google being evil, looking to make profits?

I guess Google just look after their paying customers which makes sense as a business, Adsense still provides good support either way.

It's probably because there are TONS more issues with Adwords than with adsense. With adsense you just put some code on your site and sit there. Adwords there's a bunch of stuff. (my opinion).

AdSense is free and easier, and I guess that many people will ask the same questions again and again about images near ads and blcked accounts ...

Adsense forum on DP is a living proof why Adsense will not provide live support.

Most users want fast answers without the trouble of finding them. This is why you see the same questions asked over and over again.

I blame it on the ignorance and arrogance of the Publishers.

    Peace,

If Google does that then they have to hire hundreds of new employee. Do you think it make sense to Google to spend lot of money for nothing because Google it sure you get your answer always for free here at DP. :D

Google being evil for not having live chat support and making profits? That's the stupidest thing I've heard in a very long time. Check the dictionary for "evil". It usually entails harming people in a serious way. Sheesh.

Take a look around all the newbies asking stuff is splatted all over the web, the Adsense help, etc etc. Why would they create a Chat Support, to stay all day long answering dumb questions? :)

I've been making money with AdSense for years. Now all of a sudden nothing but PSA's, The site is about massage except for one page that is horoscope and junk like that. There has never been a shortage of on-topic ads. The horoscope page has ads, not the rest of the site. The code hasn't changed, in fact it's PHP and all the pages including the horoscope page have the same code for the top of the page and the left that has the AdSense code.

There is no support except for a bunch of automated crap that's useless. You can send them a message but it clearly says they will not answer you.
